Heroes Sports Bar Heroes is located at 117 N. Mosley (264-4376), which is in old town.  Heroes plays no-limit Texas Hold-em, and is affiliated with the Amateur Poker League. Heroes plays poker Tuesday & Wednesday at 8:00 pm. Games at Heroes typically have 6-8 tables, at each table usually 6-8 people.  Heroes used to give a cash prize on Wednesday evenings. The top 16 finishers in each tournament get APL points.  Points are allocated proportionally from 16th to 1st.  Visit the APL website for specifics about rules or points. Winners of the APL nightly events win a free chair rental ($10 value) to a blue collar poker event with in the next 14 days. Heroes has a monthly finals (MVC-Monthly Venue Championship) which usually takes place Tue 7:30 pm the third week of each month.
