Snoops Snoops is located at 2301 E. Mt. Vernon (267-5100). Snoops plays no-limit Texas Hold-em, and is affiliated with the Amateur Poker League. Snoops plays Saturday afternoons at 12:00 (noon) and 3:00pm.  Snoops is a smallish bar with a limited menu.  Last time I played they had 5 tables, play was not very aggressive. Winners of the APL events win a free chair rental ($10 value) to a blue collar poker event with in the next 14 days. The top 16 finishers in each tournament get APL points.  Points are allocated proportionally from 16th to 1st.  Visit the APL website for specifics about rules or points.
