Lancashire Rose Tavern is located
at 1001
N. Rose Hill Road - Rose Hill (776-9105).
They play 2 sessions on Sunday
starting at 2:00. Second session
follows shortly after the first (on 3/12/06 started at 4:35). Session prizes: 1st-$20; 2nd-$10; 3rd-$5. Play 16 preliminary sessions then have
finals tournament. (3/12/06 was the 3rd
week.) Points are earned by top 10
finishers in each session: 100 for
1st, 90 for 2nd, etc. The top 30 in
points play in the finals tournament - winner takes all - $250. (02-22-07) An update from Dave.
The Lankashire in Rose Hill has changed its name. I am not sure
if they still run the tournaments the same or not. My dad played
yesterday and said it was great. They give away gift certificates for
