Stix Stix is located at 2785 South Meridian.  At Stix they play No Limit Texas Hold-em poker, and No Limit Kandu style poker. The Kandoo style games begin around 7 pm each night and end when the tables break up. On weeknights the games typically end around midnight, on weekends the games can go all night long. At Stix they have 10/40 and 50/200 kandoo style games. A 10/40 game has a minimum buy in of $10 max buy in of $40, with 50¢ antes. A 50/200 game has a minimum buy in of $50 and a max buy in of $200. It is common to find the 50/200 game on Friday and Saturday evenings. For Kandu style, Stix has a table fee of $2 per ½ hour. Stix has an announced poker schedule of 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, 8 pm, 10 pm and 12 am, however during recent visits there were no tournament players. When they did have players the tournaments were single table tournaments, rather than multitable tournaments.
