- $3000.00 Karaoke Idol Contest.
We are now in week ten of The Karaoke Idol Contest. This means this is
the LAST WEEK TO QUALIFY. The club semifinals will be next week May 8th - May
14th. We will be sending out notifying letter to qualified contestants. For
those of you that have not been keeping up with the Contest and club locations
the following locations have dropped from the contest which means you are no
longer qualified for these locations; NO-Center Stage Club, NO-Soggy Bottoms
Club, & NO- Cold Brew Lounge. Further more Cocktails is temporally shut down
we do not know yet if they will be opened in time for their semi-finals if you
have qualified at Cocktails feel free to contact me on May 10th and I will be
able to let you know if they will be open for their semi-finals on May 11th
& May 14th. Due to having less clubs sending people to the semi-finals we
will be increasing the number of semi-finalist from 2 people in each category to
three people in in each category proceeding to the contest Grand Finals. The
contest Grand Finals will be held on Sunday May 28th (Memorial weekend) at The
Port of Wichita. The Contest sign-up will be from 6-7 PM with the
Contest beginning at 7:20 PM. Good luck to everyone and remember that the more
weekly locations that you qualify at the better your chances of making it all
the way to the contest Grand Finals.
Poker - Starting Sunday June
4th Porta Party Poker will be returning to The Port of Wichita. They will be
included in our chip incentive program and will also be providing all prizes
given away look for more information to come and plan on staying in the
cool air conditioning on hot summer nights as poker heats back up at The
Port of WIchita.

the dance floor in the pit at The Port of Wichita on Friday and Saturday nights
when your favorite bands take a break we pump up the volume and energy with a
dazzling light show, sound system and all the best of both current and old
school dance favorites.
