(06-25-09) Kandu News Update: The Kansas Attorney General, the City of
Wichita Attorney, Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission, and Sedgwick County
District Attorney have issued an opinion that they believe KANDU poker to be
illegal. They will start enforcing the gambling laws tonight at midnight.

(06-25-09) I've spoken to several of the Kandu game operators, and it is my
understanding that there will be a challenge to state's determination that
Kandu is gambling in the next 14 days, and that until then all the area
Kandu games are going to cease operating at 10:30 pm tonight.
