Million Dollar Elm Casino (Tulsa) This casino opened in October of 2006. It is located at 951 W. 36th St. N., Tulsa, OK 74127 (1-877-246-8777). Of the three casinos in the Tulsa metro area, the Million Dollar Elm is the second best. It is new and recently expanded, and it shows in inexperienced nature of their staff. I showed up middle of the day, middle of the week and they had one poker game going (1-2 NL), which appears to be normal for Oklahoma. My chief complaint is not with the poker room, but rather with the PA announcer who could not go 30 seconds without announcing something (A drawing winner, a bonus opportunity, parking violation, soup of the day etc.), it got to be surprisingly annoying.
