Tiny by (10-09-06) An update from S. S. I wanted
to let you know about some changes for Native Lights Casino. As of Oct. 1,
they no longer offer any type of poker. I asked about the sudden departure,
and they just told me it would be at least a few months if ever. No reasons
given. Odd, but that's what they are sticking by. Just thought I would share
that with fellow players before making that hour drive. (Kaw has taken up the
slack and usually has 3-5 tables going. ) (07-20-06) An update from T. G.
Native
Lights casino is a very small casino. They have 2 poker tables. 1
4-8 limit table that is hard to get a game going on and the other is of
course 1-2 no limit which at times will be running on both tables. You
can usually find the 1-2 NL game going at all hours of the night. I
know of one person that played there 30 hours straight. As far as
stealing customers from Kaw, they certainly didn't steal me. Kaw has
their new expanded poker room with more tables. They usually get the
1-2 NL game started first and the 3-6 game gets going most of the time a
little later in the evening. Starting this week they have nightly
multi-table tournaments. $30 buy-in for most other than a few $50
buy-in and one $100 buy-in tourney. They only setback Kaw has against
Native Lights is the fact that they don't play 24/7. They play 4p.m.- 2
a.m. Monday through Friday and open at 2 instead of 4 on Saturday and Sunday. (02-26-06) An update from J. H. I passed
the new Tonkawa Casino called Native Lights. It is just a couple of miles
